libccss-tools software package provides simple api for CSS stylesheets (utilities), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libccss-tools
libccss-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libccss-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libccss-tools *
You will get with libccss-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
